# Snap For Water: public agent guide

Early testing: the receipt uses Montgomery Whitewater place content, not necessarily the photo's location. Observations are received, not scientifically validated. Photos and precise coordinates remain private. Business listings are not sponsorships.

Read /ai-index.json, then the relevant chunks.json and qa.json. Preserve source URLs, context and rights. These are content resources, not tool registrations.

Read /legal/#contribution and /legal/#privacy before a submission. Only upload a photo explicitly selected and authorized by the user. Obtain the user's adult confirmation, permission to submit the photo, and acceptance of those notices. Do not infer consent or invent GPS, tags, observations, email, or identity. Warn that original photo metadata, including GPS when present, is uploaded privately.

Use /skills.md and /api/observation-openapi.json for the existing HTTP upload API. Do not mass-submit, automatically subscribe users, access operator routes, or try to retrieve private photos. Stop on authorization/preview-gate failures. No MCP server, A2A agent, or WebMCP tool is currently registered.
